How we build a custom home
We come in as early as you will have us. Before you close on a lot, we will walk it with you and talk soil, slope, trees, and utilities, because the cheapest problems are the ones you never buy. From there: architect and engineer coordination, transparent line-item budgeting, and a fixed contract before ground breaks.
Construction is the part we are known for. Foundations poured on properly compacted and tested soil, frames checked square and plumb before anything gets covered, flashing and waterproofing details done the careful way, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems laid out to be serviced, not just to pass inspection. You are invited to every walkthrough, at every stage, and nothing gets closed up before you have seen it.
Teardown-rebuilds on established Austin lots are a specialty. You keep the street and the trees; we replace a tired structure with a home built for the next fifty years.
02Timeline
A custom home typically runs 10 to 16 months from breaking ground, plus design and permitting before that. We only take on what we can supervise personally, so we will be honest about when we can start.
