This is structural work, and we treat it with respect. Load-bearing walls come out with engineered beams sized by a licensed structural engineer, not by guesswork. Floor plans open up, ceilings go vaulted where the roof allows, and the systems nobody sees get brought up to date: electrical panels and wiring, plumbing supply and drains, insulation, and HVAC runs that actually reach every room.

Then the finish work ties the whole house together: flooring run continuous through the new plan, a kitchen and baths done to the same standard as our standalone remodels, trim and doors matched house-wide, and paint inside and out. One contract, one schedule, one person responsible for all of it.

We phase the work so the house stays livable whenever it can. When it cannot, we say so before you sign, not after your kitchen is in a dumpster.

Whole-home remodels typically run 4 to 8 months depending on structural scope and square footage. Design, engineering, and permitting come first and usually take 6 to 10 weeks before construction starts.
