Kitchen Remodeling in Austin, TX

Every party ends up in the kitchen. So does homework, rushed Tuesday dinners, and every slow Sunday morning of your family's life. If your kitchen was drawn in 1985, you are living all of that in a room designed for somebody else: cooking with your back to the people you love, three bodies bumping through one walkway, an island that seats no one. We take that wall down. We build the kitchen where Thanksgiving finally fits, the island everyone migrates to, the room the whole house points toward. And the person who prices it is the person who builds it.

01The Scope

What a kitchen remodel with us includes

Every kitchen starts with the layout. Before anyone talks finishes, we work out where the range, the sink, and the refrigerator want to be, whether a wall should come out, and where the light comes from. Most Austin homes we remodel were framed decades before anyone cooked the way you do now. Fixing the plan is the difference between a pretty kitchen and a kitchen that works.

From there the scope is complete: demolition and dust containment, framing and structural work with engineered beams where walls come out, new electrical and lighting circuits, plumbing and gas relocation, drywall, custom or semi-custom cabinetry, counter templating and stone installation, tile, flooring that ties into the rest of the house, appliance installation, and paint. Permits and inspections are ours to handle, not yours.

You choose finishes with real guidance, not a binder tossed in your lap. We walk stone yards with you, bring cabinet doors to your house so you see them in your own light, and tell you plainly where money shows and where it hides.

03Timeline

Most full kitchen remodels run 6 to 10 weeks of construction. Custom cabinetry adds 8 to 12 weeks of lead time before demo, so we order early and start tearing out only when your materials are staged and confirmed.
