Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling in Allandale, Austin TX

Allandale is one of Austin's great mid-century neighborhoods, block after block of 1950s and 60s ranches with long, low rooflines and back yards shaded by mature pecans. The floor plans have not aged as well as the streets: closed kitchens, narrow halls, and one bathroom doing the work of three. That is where we come in.

A typical Allandale remodel opens the kitchen to the family room with an engineered beam, replaces the original 60-amp-era electrical with a modern panel and circuits, and rebuilds the baths with proper waterproofing behind new tile. The result keeps the ranch character the neighborhood loves and quietly replaces everything that was tired underneath it.

We also build primary suite additions off the backs of these houses when the family outgrows the original three-bedroom plan.
