Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling in Travis Heights, Austin TX

Travis Heights and Bouldin Creek are 1920s through 1940s cottages a few blocks off South Congress, on some of the most expensive ground south of the river. Most still sit on pier-and-beam with the kitchen and single bath drawn for a prewar household. The land is worth more than the house, and the house is still worth keeping.

Our work here is mostly kitchen and bath remodels in Travis Heights paired with rear or second-story additions, engineered properly and permitted through the City of Austin. Much of Travis Heights sits in a National Register historic district and Bouldin has its own neighborhood plan, so the exterior design gets checked against those rules before the first sketch is final. Inside, we rework the small rooms into a plan a modern household can use and bring the plumbing and electrical up to the standard of the new work.
