The two kinds of property need two kinds of builder, and we do both.

In Santa Rita Ranch and similar communities, the work is finish and layout upgrades, with HOA architectural review for exterior changes. Permits come from the City of Liberty Hill or Williamson County depending on where the city line falls, and we confirm which before we quote. On acreage, remodels and additions go through the county. We verify septic capacity before adding bedrooms and stage materials ahead of the long drive from the supply house. We also build custom homes on Liberty Hill lots for families who found their land first.
